An Umbrella Company acts as an employer for workers undertaking assignments with employment agencies or end customers. Our solution provides a simple and smooth process for receiving payment as the Umbrella Company ensures all statutory processes are dealt with (for example paying Tax and National Insurance).

The Umbrella Company signs a contract with the employment agency or end customer.

The worker signs a contract of employment with the Umbrella Company.

The Umbrella Company collects payment from the agency or end customer for services provided by the worker, ensures all statutory requirements are adhered to (for example Tax, National Insurance and Pension Contributions), deducts a very small processing fee and makes a payment to the worker.
